Household Services Rules Prevent Value of Zero

The rules for entering household services using the Manual Calculation method or either of the Dollar Value of a Day (DVD) methods  now prevent inputs that produce a value of zero.

Note:

To set household services to zero, you must now select the No Services Performed method.

For the DVD methods, some of the individual services have zero value for given demographics (see image below). For example, if the only checkbox filled is Household Children, but there are no children in the household, or all of the children are 18 or older (defined in Step 4: Dependents), then the value of the services performed will equal zero.
