Printing Multiple Sheets

To print multiple sheets:

Step01Select Analysis | Print | Multiple Sheets

From the Analysis menu, select Print | Multiple Sheets. The Print Multiple Sheets Dialog Box will appear.

Step02Select the Sheets

Use the folder tree to select the sheets that you want to print.

bUse the Expand and Collapse buttons to open and close all of the folders at once.

bYou can select and deselect all of the sheets using the Check All and Uncheck All buttons.

Step03Enter the Starting Numbers

Enter the starting page number and the starting sheet number. These settings correspond to the &[Page] Excel data code and the @ExhibitSchedule ValuSource data code. You can use these settings to correctly reprint a group of sheets that are part of a larger document.

Step04Set the Printer Settings

Click on the OK button. Your system's Print Dialog Box will open. Use the dialog box to select a printer and the print options.
