Helper text appears in the body of the report, with special formatting, and provides instructions on how to complete the report. The formatting is applied using the Helper Text style (for help with styles, see Word's documentation). Helper text is not part of the report's content and does not appear when you print the report. Helper text usually comes from the template used to create the report.
To turn display of helper text on and off, select View | Helper Text.
To remove all of the helper text in a report, select Tools | Remove All Helper Text.
