Home Screen

The Home Screen is a convenient starting point for working on your valuation projects. It provides quick and easy access to Analysis files, to valuation reports, and to this online help and the help videos.

Accessing the Home Screen

You access the Home Screen by clicking on the Home button in the Desktop Toolbar.

Using the Home Screen

The Home Screen's commands are grouped into lists on the left side of the workspace. You open and close a list by clicking on its header. When you select a command from a list, the controls for using the selected command appear on the right side of the workspace. Follow the instructions that appear on the right side of the workspace.
