Inserting a File Command

Please Note: You can only insert File commands into report templates. You cannot insert File commands into reports.

To insert a File command:

Select the Command Location

Select the spot in the template where you want the File command to appear. The command will be added at the insertion point.

Select the File

Select Edit | Insert File Command. A standard File Open dialog box will appear. Use the dialog box to select the file. When you select the Open button, the dialog box will close and the File command will be inserted into the template.
