The Report Writer Data Worksheet contains information used by the Report Writer to generate valuation reports. The worksheet appears in the Setup folder.
In the Report Information section, enter the date of the valuation report (Report Data), the governing standard used in writing the report, and the purpose of the valuation. You can overwrite the premise of value, the standard of value, and the type of financial statements.
In the Appraiser's Information section, enter the name, company, and address of the appraiser that is responsible for the valuation project.
In the Letter Information section, enter the name and address of the person who will receive the appraisal letter.
