Startup Options

The Startup options determine if the following processes are run every time the program starts:

Check for Web Updates

If the checkbox labeled "Check for Web updates" is filled, the startup process checks for new software updates. If any updates are found, you'll get a prompt asking if you want to download and install the updates.

Fill this checkbox if you have a permanent high-speed Internet connection. It will ensure that your software is kept up-to-date.

Empty this checkbox if you have a low-speed Internet connection, a dial-up connection, or no connection at all. You can manually update when you have sufficient time and an Internet connection.

Load Last Project

If the checkbox labeled "Load last project" is filled, the startup process loads the last Analysis file that you opened or created.

Fill this checkbox if you usually work on a single project for an extended period of time.

Empty this checkbox if you work on several projects simultaneously, or complete projects rapidly.
