A project template contains standard inputs that you can reuse when you create new case projects.
1. | Create the Case Project |
On the Home Screen, in the section labeled "To Start a New Case", enter a name for your template, then click on the New button. The application will create the new case project and open it for editing.
2. | Enter the Inputs and Settings |
Go through the case project and set the default inputs and settings that you want applied to projects based on this template. For example, the most common use for a project template is to preset the contact information for your firm.
3. | Close the Case Project |
On the Home Screen, in the section labeled "To Work With an Existing Case", click on the Close button. Your new project template is now completed and ready for use.
