The Conclusion of Value worksheet lists the indicated value for each of the appraisal methods. You use the worksheet to calculate an indicated value and to specify the conclusion of value that is used by the rest of the valuation process.
Set the Status of the Valuation Methods
You set the status for each valuation method by entering 1, 2, or 3 in the last input column:

Select the Methods to Display
The Expand/Condense button In the Desktop Toolbar toggles the display of valuation methods that were not considered (status =3).
Weight the Valuation Methods
Enter a weight for each appraisal method in the column labeled "Weight". The weights are used to calculate a weighted average.
Set the Selected Value
The value calculated by the worksheet appears in the cell labeled "Calculated Conclusion of Value". The value in the cell labeled "SELECTED CONCLUSION OF EQUITY VALUE" or "SELECTED CONCLUSION OF ENTERPRISE VALUE" is used by the rest of the valuation process. You can change the selected value by editing its cell.
