Worksheets are formatted using certain data input conventions.
Cells that are shaded white require user input. In the example worksheet (see above), you enter the business name, address, and other data in the white cells. White cells sometimes contain blue text (see below).
The background cells are shaded green. Green cells sometimes contain blue text (see below).
Cells with blue text contain Microsoft® Excel-style worksheet formulas that can be overwritten. The formula calculates a default value for the cell, which you can replace — by entering a value or a text string, by editing the existing formula, or by replacing the formula with one of your own. If you change your mind, you can restore the original formula.
