Main Folders

The Analysis sheets are grouped into six main folders.  Each folder corresponds to a major phase of the valuation process.

Step01Setup

The Setup folder contains sheets for entering basic data about the valuation project.

Step02Financial Statements

The Financial Statements folder contains sheets for entering and adjusting the historic financial statements.

Step03Financial Analysis

The Financial Analysis folder contains sheets for analyzing the historical data. These analyses provide information that is essential for performing an accurate appraisal.

Step04Appraisal

The Appraisal folder contains sheets for applying appraisal methods to the data.

Step05Conclusions

The Conclusion of Value folder contains sheets for drawing conclusions from the results of the appraisal.

Step06Sanity Checks

The Sanity Check folder contains sheets for testing your conclusions to see that they are reasonable.
