Margins Tab

The controls under the Margins Tab set the page margins and page centering for the printed worksheet or chart.

Top, Bottom, Left and Right

Distances between the data and the top, bottom, left, and right edges of the page.

Header and Footer

Distances between the header and the top of the page, and between the footer and the bottom of the page.

Center On Page

Control the alignment of the data on the printed page.

When the Horizontally checkbox is filled, the data is centered between the left and right margins. When the checkbox is empty, the data is aligned with the left margin.

When the Vertically checkbox is filled, the data is centered between the top and bottom margins. When the checkbox is empty, the data is aligned with the top margin.
