The first sheet in the Setup folder is the Setup Assumptions sheet. See Working with Assumptions. Each of the Setup Assumptions is explained below.
The type of financial statements received from the client. Does not affect the Analysis calculations. Only used in reports.
Selects the text used in the headers and footers to indicate a section of the working papers ("Schedule" or "Exhibit"). The headers and footers are part of the Page Setup options.
Sets the "voice" used in the reports.
Sets the premise of value used in the reports.
The standard of value used in the appraisal. Does not affect the Analysis calculations. Only used in reports.
Adds a column for preferred shares to the Ownership sheet. Only enabled for corporations. Disabled if Entity Type in the Project Assumptions is set to Partnership or Sole Proprietorship.
Adds a column for non-voting shares to the Ownership sheet. Only enabled for corporations. Disabled if Entity Type in the Project Assumptions is set to Partnership or Sole Proprietorship.
Adds a column for entering limited partnership data to the Owners Information Worksheet. Only enabled for partnerships. Disabled if Entity Type in the Project Assumptions is set to Corporation or Sole Proprietorship.
