Sheet Tab

The controls under the Sheet Tab set print options that only affect worksheets.

Print Area

Sets the worksheet range to print.

Print Titles

Sets row and columns to print as titles on every page of the worksheet.

Print

The Print checkboxes determine which optional features are printed (grid lines, row headings, and column headings), whether the pages are printed in black and white or color, and whether the worksheet is printed in draft quality (lower resolution).

Page Order

If a worksheet is too big to fit on a single page, the Page Order setting determines the order in which the worksheet's pages are printed.

Select Down, then over to print the pages on the left first and the pages on the right last. If the view is three pages high and two pages wide, the three pages on the left will print first and the three pages on the right will print last.

Select Over, then down to print the pages on the top first and the pages on the bottom last. If the view is two pages high and three pages wide, the top three pages will print first and the bottom three pages will print last.
